Welcome to the Town of Orangeville Bid Opportunities Website

The Town of Orangeville issues bid opportunities and receives submissions using Bids&Tenders digital procurement platform. If you are not a current subscriber to Bids&Tenders, you will need to subscribe as a vendor to receive notice of bid opportunities and submit bids to the Town of Orangeville.

This site allows potential bidders to create a bidding system vendor account.  You can select commodity codes for goods and services and the bidding system will notify you by email of the bid opportunities matching your commodity code selection(s).

To submit a bid, bidders need: 

1) a Bids&Tenders supplier account, and 

2) to register as a Plan Taker for the specific bidding opportunity. 

This will provide  suppliers with access to the  bid call documents, notices and addenda and the ability to upload bid documents.
