The Town of Orangeville (the “Town”) is inviting Proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) to provide professional services for the planning, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support for the Town’s HDD watermain project.
