The Town of Orangeville is seeking Bids from qualified bidders to provide ongoing SCADA services to support the water and wastewater groups with regularly scheduled preventive maintenance, programming, troubleshooting, reporting, data compiling, review, capital works projects, documentation and specification review, and emergency support to ensure all instrumentation and process control systems are compliant with provincial guidelines.

The current SCADA system has been operational since 2009 and is scheduled for a comprehensive upgrade beginning in early 2026. The selected bidder will be responsible solely for maintaining and supporting the existing system, providing 24/7/365 support as required.
