The Town of Orangeville is seeking Bids from qualified bidders to supply Janitorial Services for 11 Town owned facilities. 

The contract is expected to be established on or around May 2026 and will have an initial term of two (2) years, with two (2) optional one (1)  year renewals at the Town's sole discretion, for a total contract length which will not exceed four (4) years, as noted in Part 3 (“Scope of Work”).  

NOTE: Staff entering/cleaning the OPP Facility require a mandatory OPP Security Clearance (All janitors, lead hands and supervisors must conduct a security clearance). Completion will take approximately 8 weeks from submission of application. There is no charge for the application process.  As this security clearance is a condition of Contract Award, Bidders intending to submit a Proposal are encouraged to begin the application process as soon as possible, and prior to bid submission, by contacting the Orangeville OPP detachment where staff will provide the forms and make appointments for fingerprinting. Additional information is included with this RFP in Appendices B and C.
