Description: 

The Town of Orangeville is seeking a qualified software provider to support its SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Upgrade Project. 

This project is a critical step toward improving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the Town’s infrastructure is ready for the future. The current SCADA system has several limitations, including outdated technology, inconsistent standards, and limited integration across Town facilities. Upgrading to a modern platform will help streamline operations, improve data utilization, and provide more secure access for both staff and management. This Request for Proposal (RFP) marks the initial phase of the project. 

After selecting a new SCADA platform, the Town will issue a subsequent RFP to engage a SCADA integrator, ensuring the new system is implemented effectively and aligns with the Town’s updated standards and long-term objectives.
