Description: 

The Town of Orangeville (the “Town”) is seeking Bids from Consultants with expertise in growth forecasting and land economics, infrastructure planning, and related municipal fiscal analysis to complete a growth management strategy and land needs study for the Town. 

The contract is expected to be established on or around April 2025, and will expire upon the Town’s approval of the final deliverable, which is to be submitted in connection with the Scope of Work and completed no later than February 2026.
