The Town of Orangeville is seeking Bids from qualified bidders to provide ongoing SCADA and electrical support services to support the water and wastewater groups with regularly scheduled preventive maintenance, parts supply, programming, calibrations, reporting and emergency support to ensure all instrumentation and process control systems are compliant with provincial guidelines. The contract is expected to be established on or around August 2022 and will have a term of up to a maximum of three (3) years. The Town will have the option to extend the contract with the successful bidder for up to two (2) additional one year terms, (August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 and August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027) subject to annual price adjustments as noted in Part 3 of this RFP. |
