Modernization, programming, integration, and commissioning of the Town’s water and wastewater SCADA system, including field audits, verification, network architecture development, PLC/HMI standardization, alarm and historian modernization, regulatory reporting, training, and phased implementation across all facilities, with an option for provisional support services.
